This session will create awareness of the connection between leadership behaviours, culture and grievance occurrence. Examining some of the common issues between line management and direct reports, providing an insight into the techniques to manage and prevent conflict in the workplace.
We will also look at the necessary skills required by management when dealing with areas of conflict and the benefits of having well-managed and structured HR techniques/processes in place. This interactive session will allow business leaders to share their experiences and have the opportunity to speak with our own in-house employment law consultant.
