Working with us as Business Development Broker, you will be a part of the Business Development Team. You will support the Business Development Director, Client Directors and Account Executives, whilst building relationships with prospects, underwriters, and relevant stakeholders across the Group.

This fast paced role will require the candidate to have a proactive and resilient work ethic, providing support to our Business Development Team, they will have an ability to work to deadlines, and on occasion, meet rigorous goals in terms of delivering the desired Insurance Programme to some of Northern Ireland’s most sought after brands.
The candidate will benefit from the support of the Business Development Team, as well as aligning relationships with stakeholders in our AIS (Claims), Risk Management and Employment Services teams.
This significant strategic focus on Business Development will see the successful candidate nurtured and supported, to include occasional joint visits, participation in business development meetings, and receiving placing direction from our Business Development Director and Broking Director.
